Shipping Methods
We ship to all states in the US and most countries abroad. Please contact us to find out if we ship to your country. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee with in the US. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. IRDEN DESIGNS is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. IRDEN DESIGN is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves IRDEN DESIGNS. If your order is sent back to IRDEN DESIGNS by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
Cleaning
Gold / Chains / Charm Necklaces/ Diamonds
To care for your IRDEN DESIGNS jewelry, we recommend cleaning it with a mild soap or jewelry cleaner. You can use a soft brush or cloth but avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the gold unevenly. Be sure to rinse and wipe gently to dry after cleaning.
Due to the style of our charm necklaces allowing the charms to move around the chain freely you can sometimes (in warmer weather/climates especially) notice a darkening or smudge like substance at the top of the charms by the jump rings. This is natural from the chains and charms moving against the back of the neck. This can be caused by lotions, sunscreens and body oil accumulation on the chain then moving down to the charms. This process is completely natural and can be easily wiped away. Please see above on how to remove the dirt and oil build up..
Please note that custom jewelry cannot be re-stamped and letters cannot be added.
PEARLS
Extra care must be take when cleaning your piece with pearls. You can rinse your pearl in its own in warm water but must take extra care not to clean the pearl with any chemicals, abrasive cloths or solutions. When cleaning charm necklace please remove pearl before cleaning the gold and clean separately.
ENAMEL
It is imperative to follow the care instructions for your enamel. To keep your enamel looking new and vibrant please keep it away from lotions, shampoos and cleansers. Never Clean Enamel in ultrasonic jewelry cleaners or with ammonia based cleaners. Wipe clean with a damp gentle cloth only. Please take care not to drop your enamel pieces as this can cause chips or crack in the enamel.
ORders
Orders may be placed online at www.irdendesigns.com. Personalized/ custom orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. IRDEN DESIGN reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by IRDGEN DESIGN. All orders will take up to two weeks from order date to ship, depending on availability of product. Most IRDEN DESIGN products are made to order.
Custom Orders
All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 3 - 6 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can email info@irdendesigns.com to request this. A sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Retrun and exchanges
All sales are final. Certain fine jewelry may be exchanged for another size or metal color to IRDEN DESIGNS discretion within 14 days of purchase. Some returns or exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
All custom items are final sales, and no returns or exchanges of the items are accepted.
Damaged items
All items are inspected for quality by IRDEN DESIGNS before they are shipped out. If you feel you have received an item that has been damaged, please return to be inspected by IRDEN DESIGNS. All damage must be verified by IRDEN DESIGNS to be a manufacturing defect. If determined to be a defect, we will ship you a replacement item. If it is determined to not be a manufacturing defect, the original item will be shipped back to you at customers expense. repairs
Should you wish to make any alterations to your IRDEN DESIGN fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out to a sales representative at info@irdendesigns.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the products manufacturing.
